INDMO, I.P., and MoE accelerate dual certification for secondary school graduates.

Dili, 7 August , 2023 – Ms. Isabel Fernandes de Lima, the Director of INDMO, I.P., and His Excellency Mr. Domingos Lemos, the Secretary of State of Technical and Vocational Secondary Education, discussed the acceleration in implementing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Ministry of Education and INDMO, I.P., in early 2023. The main focus of the meeting was to implement dual certification as soon as possible. Dual certification refers to a system where students receive both academic and vocational qualifications upon completion of their education. This approach aims to provide students with a well-rounded education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, enhancing their employability and career prospects.
